Sometimes you’re not hungry enough to eat an entire pizza and, to be honest, nuking it in your microwave turns it into an edible frisbee. A lot of us have been there, done that.
Luckily, there are plenty of places in Tucson that offer pizza by the slice. To make it even better, they offer a combo deal of some sort that’s less than $10. Here’s a roundup of a few spots in town that serve such a deal, and some of these aren’t a combo at all — they’re simply a slice of pizza and a cheaply-priced drink.
You can get a large slice of cheese pizza and a fountain drink for $10 (additional toppings are $1 each). This deal is valid for both takeout and dine-in.
If you’re walking around Fourth Avenue between the hours of 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., stop by Brooklyn Pizza for a slice of cheese pizza and a fountain drink for $5.41. This deal is valid daily between those specific hours.
