Taco Tuesdays are enough of a reason to visit Ermanos Craft Beer & Wine Bar with new meat and vegetarian tacos every week, but they’ve got some new tricks up their sleeves.
While they’ve been featuring house-made bacon for a while, they just bought a new smoker — it’s barbecue time.
Beginning July 6, Ermanos will host a regional barbecue Meat Up! every Thursday. Each session will feature barbecue from a different region, both American and international.
From classic Texas salt-and-pepper brisket to Jamaican jerk chicken and Hong Kong char siu, nothing is off limits. Not even the avocado.
A plate of ‘cue and sides will be $12.
Ermanos Craft Beer & Wine Bar is located at 220 N. 4th Ave. For more information, visit ermanosbrew.com.
