This summer, mid-town beer and barbecue fans will have a killer deal at their disposal.
Beginning July 2, Sentinel Peak is offering a half-pound of their house smoked wings with a choice of any flagship pint for just $10. Itâs a pretty substantial savings. With flagship pints regularly priced at $5.75 and wings at $8, itâs a 30% savings. But enough of that math stuff.
The wings are straight up amazing. Perfectly smoked and sauced, if you havenât eaten smoked wings before, give these a try. Available mild, hot, or Rusty Truck BBQ smoky, they pair exceptionally well with beer. Obviously. Theyâre served traditional style with bleu cheese and ranch dressings, celery, and carrot sticks.
Sentinel Peak got their start when co-owner and original head brewer Jeremy Hilderbrand couldnât find the great German beer he tried when he was stationed overseas. His wife bought him a home brew kit and after much trial and error he had a worthy Dunkel.
Fast forward to present day and Sentinel Peak now offers four flagship brews, including Mexican amber Salida del Sol that rivals your bottled go-toâs, 1811 Desert Blonde, Icebreak IPA â an ultra-drinkable lightly hopped IPA at just 82 IBUs, and the Dewpoint Dunkel, which started it all. Inspired by a âwarren of basement bars in Wurzburg, Germany,â Sentinel Peakâs Dunkel won a gold medal at the 2012 Music City Brew Off in Nashville, Tennessee.
Now back to that special. The wings and pint special is available during all open hours, which are Sunday, 11 a.m. â 8 p.m., Tuesday â Thursday from 11 a.m. â 9 p.m., and until 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Sentinel Peak is closed Mondays.
