North Italia, which has been in business for a decade now, is known to serve up the art of handmade pasta and pizza. This Spring, North will host a community dinner on Wednesday, April 23rd at 6:30pm, and feature new seasonal items from Chef Carlos Calderon.
A pre-fixe menu will be available along with various beverage pairings including:
First Course
Gina’s Burrata – fava beans, artichoke, pistachio, mint, lemon conserva (new menu item)
Second Course
Tortelloni – sweet corn, english peas, mushrooms, grana padano, saba (new menu item)
Third Course
Seared Scallops – great northern beans, broccolini, tomato agrodolce
Dessert
Olive Oil Cake – lemon mascarpone, orange marmalata
