Additionally, east Tucson’s new Fire N’ Smoke Wood Fired Pizza & BBQ opens in the former space of Sam-Witches and Such and China Thai at 6502 E. Tanque Verde Rd. The restaurant specializes in wood-fired New York-style pizza, slow-cooked barbecue, salads, sandwiches, and barbecue-friendly sides such as creamy coleslaw and smoked beans. All food made in-house.
