Sawmill Run Restaurant has introduced a new fall menu across its cocktail list, lunch offerings, and dinner entrées. The seasonal menu leans into autumn flavors like apple, maple, pumpkin, and pear.

Fall cocktails bring smoke and spice
The new cocktail menu splits into Sawmill Classics and Fall Seasonals. Classics include the Mount Lemmon Mule and the Aspen Glow Old Fashioned, made with Whiskey Del Bac Dorado and burnt orange.

Meanwhile, the Fall Seasonals section adds theatrical touches. The Forest Fire arrives under a veil of campfire smoke, and the Changing Leaves cocktail pours tableside with a color-changing effect. The Campfire Coffee cocktail tops bourbon and espresso with brûléed marshmallow cold foam.

Lunch menu adds autumn produce
For lunch, Sawmill Run kept its core burgers and sandwiches while adding fall-inspired dishes. The Autumn Burger combines cheddar, apple butter, applewood bacon, and Dijon aioli.
Additionally, the shareables section now includes Prickly Pear Elote and Sawmill Poutine, topped with duck fat gravy and cheese curds. Desserts round out the lunch menu with apple pie, pumpkin pie, and peach strudel.
Dinner entrées highlight local ingredients
The dinner menu opens with appetizers like Mesquite Roasted Bone Marrow and Crab Wonton Nachos. Salads feature the Orchard Salad, made with Honeycrisp apple and Point Reyes blue cheese.

Entrées center on Arizona-raised ingredients. The 12 oz Vera Earl Ribeye comes with duck fat fingerling potatoes and roasted wild mushrooms, while the Mesquite Half Chicken serves alongside whipped potatoes and charred broccolini. A rotating Chef's Seasonal Feature also highlights Arizona farms and ranches.

Finally, dinner desserts include Maple Bourbon Sticky Toffee Pudding and Campfire S'mores, finished with espresso chocolate sauce.
Sawmill Run's fall menu is now available at the restaurant. Sawmill Run Restaurant is located at 12976 N. Sabino Canyon Parkway on Mount Lemmon. For more information, visit sawmillrun.com.
