Whether it’s a dish of familiarity or a more exotic and edible duo, like a peanut butter and bacon sandwich, some culinary combinations are complete no-brainers.
Pizza and wings could possibly be the perfect dish of any season, but more satisfying during some.
For a limited time throughout summer, Wings Over Broadway East is making it easier and more affordable for a night out of your kitchen.
Family & Couples Special
For $22, couples or families can get 10 wings, a pizza, and two soft drink beverages. Although, you can easily upgrade the deal by swapping out the soft drinks with two pints of beer instead for $27.
Wings Over Broadway East offers a variety of 14″ pizzas to choose from, such as the Supreme, Meat Lovers, Buffalo Chicken.
If spice isn’t your thing, there are more than enough flavors of wings to choose from on the menu. If you’d like to play it safe and steer away from anything overpoweringly spicy, a Garlic Parmesan or Teriyaki wing may suit you just fine. Although, there are also flavors for the daredevil of the table, like the Cajun Spice.
There’s much more coming out of Wing Over Broadway’s kitchen, too. Like, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and hot dogs.
The deal is running from Sunday, July 1 – Sunday, September 30. You can view the entire menu in all of its details at wobtucson.com.
The summer special is only available at the Wings Over Broadway East location, but there are Lunch Specials and Happy Hour happening as well at both locations.

Matt Sterner
More about MattAt a very young age, Matt Sterner was gifted with the artistic ability to masterfully roll a burrito to the highest of standards, but the wrapped medley of delicious innards wasn’t his first love. Matt’s first true love was a combination of reading, writing, and creating. He grew up reading comics, the ingredients list of his shampoo and conditioner bottles, choose-your-own-adventure books, and the Scrabble dictionary — something he found useful when challenging his grandmother to a game.
He attended college at New Mexico State University and graduated with a degree in Digital Filmmaking. One of his favorite classes was screenwriting because he became responsible for the story’s birth before it came to life on-screen. After school, Matt took on numerous positions at a local television station in Tucson. From dealing out stories about heartbreak to producing “fluffier” content for a lifestyle broadcast, he learned what it takes to adapt to the many emotions the world of media can stir. Since 2017, Matt has dabbled in the culinary world of Tucson as well as San Diego, California from time to time.
If you’re in the mood for strange stories, head over to his pride and joy, wonkytimes.com. And in case you’re curious — yes, after all of this time, he still manages to roll a killer burrito.
