Northeast Tucson Italian restaurant Zona 78 announced the launch of weekend brunch on Saturday, June 3.
Brunch will be available afterward every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Guests can expect breakfast classics with an Italian twist, such as breakfast pizza and frittatas. Additionally, Zona 78 will offer bottomless mimosas for $15.
Here’s a sneak peek at some of the new items they are rolling out.
Eggs Benedict ($14)

Toasted English muffins are topped with poached eggs, house-smoked salmon, asparagus points, and Hollandaise. Cherry tomatoes and green onions add brightness.
Belt Sandwich ($11)

A toasted ciabatta square sandwiches two over-easy eggs, arugula, bacon, tomato, avocado, arugula, and chipotle mayo.
Frittata ($14)

A frittata is like an omelet, but the filling is cooked with the egg. Zona’s frittata features eggs, mozzarella, mushrooms, bell pepper, tomatoes, and spinach.
Breakfast Pizza ($15)

This wood-fired pizza is topped with mozzarella, Yukon potatoes, green bell pepper, bacon, fresh arugula, and three over easy eggs with a drizzle of sriracha.
Cinnamon Roll ($6)

Zona’s cinnamon roll arrives hot out of the oven with cream cheese frosting. It’s bigger than a pancake, so share.
Zona 78 is located at 7301 E. Tanque Verde Rd. and can be reached at (520) 296-7878. For more information, visit zona78.com.
