Guadalajara Original Grill on Prince positions itself as a festive, full-service Mexican restaurant grounded in tradition and bold flavors. The space embraces colorful décor, live mariachi evenings, and an energetic but casual ambiance. A window to the kitchen shows tortillas made by hand on site. Highlights include the tableside salsa experience, where servers mix chips and salsa fresh at your table. The Molcajete Ultimo features a sizzling mix of meats, seafood and vegetables in a volcanic stone bowl. Other favorites include the Lobster Enchiladas, Plato Bandera, and Cadillac Margarita.

IOU Sushi III has closed. Today, owners Pam Santangelo and Kevin Breutzmann keep the Tucson bar exactly as regulars remember it.
