At Plaza Eats, the Lettuce Wraps ($5.50) features two wraps with chickpea fritters, pickled vegetables, smoked cashews, and harissa vinaigrette. The humble wraps feature a bold combination of spice, crunch, acidity, and richness, all while being vegan and gluten-free.
