Feast, Drink & Sway to the Arizona Farm & Food Festival Rhythm

Experience local food culture from the farm to the table at the Arizona Farm & Food Festival from 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 10.

The event at the AVA Amphitheater hosted by Casino Del Sol and the Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance will allow guests to connect with local farms, food artisans, experts, chefs, and advocacy organizations.

The Aug. 11 dinner will celebrate the culinary traditions of Sonora and Oaxaca through a multi course menu centered on heirloom corn, traditional masa, and coastal flavors. Although El Conquistador licenses the Hilton brand, it’s owned and operated by a local company. The culinary team sources much of its meat and produce from Arizona.
