From 2 – 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, the Rincon Rotary Club Foundation is hosting the 13th annual Taste of Chocolate competition. The sweet event is taking place at the Doubletree Reid Park located at 445 S. Alvernon Way.

Local chefs will showcase their favorite chocolate creations and you get to vote for your favorites. The Rincon Rotary Club will also have a raffle with prizes along with wine tastings for an additional fee.

Tickets are $15 per person (children under four years old get in for free with a paid adult) and proceeds benefit the Rincon Rotary Foundation educational initiatives including Rotary Local — a program that supports teachers with their classroom needs using local businesses whenever possible.

The 2024 local celebrity judges include David Leighton (Arizona Daily Star), Ernie “Ern Dollaz” Durazo (97.5FM The Vibe), Pat Parris (KGUN 9), Dylan Smith (Tucson Sentinel), Abby Charles (Former Miss Tucson, author, and speaker), Buzz Jackson (KIIM FM 99.5), Bobbi Pereyda (KIIM FM 99.5), and Sydni Long (MixFM 94.9).
