Truland Burgers & Greens will open its second Tucson location on October 28 at 4821 E. Grant Road. The new restaurant joins the original Oracle and Ina site, expanding the brand’s reach across the city.
Founded in 2016 by Paolo DeFilippis and Jeff Katz, Truland combines premium ingredients with full-service dining in a lively, community-focused setting.
Premium Ingredients and Vibrant Dining
Truland sources all-natural beef from Niman Ranch, raised without antibiotics or hormones. Each burger is served on a fresh brioche bun with hand-cut Kennebec fries or a crisp house-chopped salad.
“Expanding and opening a second location in Tucson is an exciting step for us; we can’t wait to welcome new faces through our doors,” said co-founder Paolo DeFilippis. “The new Grant and Swan location at Crossroads Festival gives Tucsonans another Truland destination to enjoy fresh meals made from premium ingredients while experiencing the vibrant, community-focused atmosphere that makes Truland special.”
Grand Opening Specials
From October 28 through November 30, both Truland locations will offer half-price beer, wine, and cocktails Sunday through Thursday. Guests can also enjoy daily lunch specials from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., including a $12.50 classic burger and $10.99 salad.
The specials celebrate Truland’s expansion while inviting diners to experience the restaurant’s made-to-order menu in a fun, casual setting.
