Tucson coffee roaster Yellow Brick Coffee announced their café opening at the Pima County Historic Courthouse at 114 N. Church Ave.
“We are excited to grow and add this location,” said David Perreira, co-owner of Yellow Brick Coffee. “The Presidio is an incredible place to visit because of its beautiful and history. We are lucky to be a part of it. There are some strange similarities between this space and our Benedictine location both being within historic buildings.”
The soft opening is March 31, while the grand opening is April 1. Operating hours are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Yellow Brick Coffee was founded in 2011 and opened its first coffee shop in 2014. The company focuses on quality and traceability of their coffee beans.
“We will open with the same great coffee, made by skilled baristas along with new seasonal drinks, house-made syrups, and pastries,” Perreira said.
They will add grab-and-go lunch options shortly, he added.
