Kalina Russian Cuisine and Tea House has featured authentic, homemade Russian, Ukrainian and Belorussian cuisine since they opened. Now, you can also enjoy a full bar featuring a selection of Russian wine, beer and vodka to go with your Beef Stroganoff or Chicken Kiev.
Kalina is celebrating their new liquor license in a multitude of ways.
For one, they’re now featuring – get this – a Vodka & Caviar Bar. Yep, you read that right. Select from three types of Black and Red Caviar, which can be paired with Russian Vodka, Russian Sweet Wine, Armenian Brandy, Russian Beer, and the house specialty, Flavored-Infused Vodka. If you’re feeling especially fancy, a special order of Russian Black Caviar is available with advanced notice.
If Vodka isn’t your thing, how about a Russian Beer Tasting? You can go October 16, 23 and 30 from 5 to 9 p.m.
$25 per person. Reservations required.
If you would prefer a cup of tea (or just need a break after the Russian Beer Tasting), they have you covered. Enjoy a Kalina Russian High Tea Party with your family and friends. Each party features a selection of organic teas, served with appetizers, sandwiches, salads and desserts.
