Barrio Charro is Closing & a New Restaurant Concept is Moving in

July 27, 2023
By Matt Sterner

On Thursday, July 27, Ray Flores, President of Si Charro! Concepts made an announcement regarding an exciting new restaurant concept opening in the current Barrio Charro location. However, there’s still time to stop by the existing restaurant located at 3699 N. Campbell Ave., which will permanently close on Sunday, July 30 at 3 p.m.

Barrio Charro is a concept created by local baker and owner of Barrio Bread, Don Guerra, and chef Carlotta Flores of El Charro Café and other Si Charro! restaurants

Si Charro! shared the following message:

The Flores Concepts and Si Charro! family of restaurants appreciates your support and look forward to serving you again with a fresh new concept featuring brunch, lunch, dinner… and catering! For any questions or information, please call (520) 372-1922 or email us at info@sicharro.com. Thanks, Tucson. We will see you back here shortly. Viva Si Charro!

Hang tight because more details will be announced in the coming month and the brand-new concept is scheduled to open in early September. As of now, make it a point to stop by Barrio Charro between now and Sunday, July 30 (make sure it’s before 3 p.m.), and wish them well on their next venture. Oh, and grab a bite to eat, too, if you’re hungry.

Barrio Charro is located at 3699 N. Campbell Ave. For more information, visit sicharro.com.
