Mexican Restaurants Participating in Sonoran Restaurant Week 2026

This year, 18 Mexican restaurants are participating in Sonoran Restaurant Week from September 4-13. Also, National Hispanic Heritage Month begins immediately afterwards on Sunday, September 15.

Thankfully, you don’t have to wait until then to taste these exclusive Sonoran Restaurant Week menus. Here's the full list, in alphabetical order.

Agave House

Agave House brings a sleek, modern dining room to University Boulevard, with turquoise bar accents and a lively patio out front. Regulars come back for the Ranchera Asada and Green Chicken Enchiladas, along with signature margaritas and mezcal cocktails.

BK Carne Asada & Hot Dogs serves Sonoran-style Mexican food in a casual, family-owned setting. The New York Times named it one of the 41 greatest Mexican restaurants in the United States, and regulars order the carne asada, Sonoran hot dogs, and tacos.

@Kenneth.foy has landed at @Tanqueverderanch as the historic east-side dude ranch’s new executive chef. 

Foy opened Dante’s Fire in 2011 and built it into one of midtown Tucson’s recognized independent restaurants. He won Iron Chef Tucson in 2022 and 2023 and earned multiple honors at the SAACA World Margarita Championship.

Now, Foy will oversee culinary programming at Tanque Verde Ranch, including private chef dinners, holiday buffets, special events, and menus highlighting Sonoran Desert ingredients.
