111+ dog-friendly restaurant, bar & cafe patios to take your furry friend

Oct 23, 201912 min read

Now that the weather is cooling down in Tucson, it’s prime time to take your pooch for a walkabout around town.

A large portion of the city allows, and welcomes, your four-legged friend to dine with you on their patio. Several spots offer bowls of water, house-made dog treats, and cuddles… if you’re lucky.

Check out our guide to over 111 dog-friendly restaurant-, bar-, and cafe patios to take your pup.

If you are experiencing problems with the map above, click here to visit the map directly.

We’re not featuring every restaurant from the map in the descriptions below, but here are some notable spots that we’ve featured in the past.

5 Points Market & Restaurant

756 S. Stone Ave.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BtKi2mhF6pt/

The patio is small but the lure of coffee will invite you in. Get there early to prevent the brunch line; the Huevos Rancheros is a favorite.

If your pooch needs to stretch their legs, pop over to the Sunday farmers market around the corner for fresh produce and local products.

For more information, visit 5pointstucson.com.

August Rhodes Market

3073 N. Campbell Ave.

https://www.instagram.com/p/B0thnyCBUeM/

The new artisanal soup and sandwich concept has misters on the patio to keep you and your pup cool on warm days. You better keep your eye on the brisket sandwiches — the smell of a New Jersey Joe is enough to tempt a wagging tail.
